Please read carefully the following Payment Policy (this “Policy”) of Happy Not Perfect, Ltd. (“Happy Not Perfect” or “we” or “us”) with respect to the purchase of subscriptions to its HAPPY NOT PERFECT service, which is accessible online at www.happynotperfect.com (the “Site”) and on mobile devices (collectively, “HNP” or the “Service”).
• Subscription Plans. We offer a variety of different subscription plans for our online and mobile Service. The type of subscription plan and applicable pricing and payment terms are set forth at the time you purchase your subscription. The regular cost of a monthly subscription plan for Happy Not Perfect is 11.99 USD billed monthly. The regular cost of a six-month subscription plan for Happy Not Perfect is 47.99 USD billed every six months. The regular cost of an annual subscription plan for Happy Not Perfect is 79.99 USD billed yearly.
• Payment. Your iTunes account will be charged beginning at confirmation of purchase for the entire term of the plan you choose and then again at the beginning of each applicable term (e.g., monthly plans will be charged for the full month on a monthly basis; annual plans will be charged for the entire year). You will receive payment confirmation by email.
• Payment Information. You warrant that the payment information you provide to us is valid and that it is either in your name or in the name of an individual who has authorized you to use their payment information for your subscription purchase.
• Renewals. Our 1-month and 1-year subscription plans renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you choose one of our automatically renewing subscription plans, you acknowledge and agree that Happy Not Perfect is authorized to use your payment information in order to charge your renewal fee on the applicable renewal date. After purchase, you can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewals in your iTunes account settings. You will receive confirmation of each renewal payment by email.
• Risk Free Trials. Risk free trial periods are available on certain subscription offers. After the risk free period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription. Three-day and Seven-day “Risk Free Trial” periods will convert to a monthly auto-renewing subscription; If you choose one of our offers for a Risk-free Trial, you acknowledge and agree that Happy Not Perfect is authorized to use your payment information in order to charge your subscription fee on the applicable date. You will be charged for the appropriate subscription unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period. You will receive confirmation of renewal payment by email. Only one risk free trial is available per user account. Any unused portion of our risk-free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a different subscription term.
• Refunds. Subscriptions purchased through Apple’s iTunes Store are final, and we will not refund any fees paid for such subscriptions; any request for refunds must go through Apple and are subject to Apple’s applicable payment policy. Refunds will not be provided for the unused portion of any term.
• Price Changes. We reserve the right to change our prices. If we do so, we will notify you in advance in order to allow you an opportunity to change your subscription before we apply those changes to your account.
