If you could give one piece of advice to every single person in the world, what would it be?
Learn to lengthen your exhales.

What is your happiness hack?
Dancing… Nothing makes me smile more than dancing..

What’s your biggest struggle, and what do you do to work on it?
Instead of struggle, I use the word challenge. There are many things that I struggle with, but my approach is usually the same. When I face a challenge, or I find a blind spot, I first observe the actions or reactions that are my current patterns. I will use meditation and breathing patterns to search for any tension and ask my higher self to show me where it held in my body. I will use somatic healing and visualization to release the tension, and after some sessions, there are noticeable changes in how my body feels and looks. I will also journal, a form of subconscious dumping. I will usually type out my thoughts because my hands often cannot keep up with my stream of consciousness. This allows me to view my self-talk and not have time to think about what I want to write.
This is not a quick process, it takes patience to move past a challenge, and sometimes the timeline is a lot longer than what I desire. As I become more conscious of myself and my actions, the challenges do not become easier, and I am just more aerodynamic.

Sleeping in, the farmers market, and then slacklining and playing on the beach in the afternoon.
