Animal you identify with: Definitely a Llama
If you could give one piece of advice to every single person in the world, what would it be?
‘You cannot control the actions of others, however, you have the power to control your reactions to them’.
What’s your biggest struggle, and what do you do to work on it?
Over committing and saying yes in all aspects of my life without leaving any room for ‘me’ time. I began to schedule meditation into my day like I would a meeting or appointment. It is still a work in progress as I still tend to over schedule from time to time, but it is most certainly something I continue to work on!
The power of habit by Charles Duhigg and The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer, this was a fascinating read as it explored the concept of your inner monologue as an annoying room mate! An insightful read that really puts a spin on the everyday narrative.
Delos - Self Titled EP. I love this EP for when i'm in a meditative state. It's colourgul, lush and takes you on a winding journey, it is whimsical yet powerful as it ebbs and flows.
Recommended place to visit:
Lukacs Thermal baths in Budapest.
I am always excited to bea ble to recommend the beautiful city of Budapest to travellers. As a Wes Anderson fan, Lukacs Thermal Baths are a visual delight. Not anywhere near as busy with tourists as the other thermal pools and incredibly authentic and vintage. An absolute highlight!
On a Sunday morning, we’ll find you:
Eating all of the smashed avos and drinking all of the chais!
